Guided by today’s culture, we have worked hard to mix the new with the old to create interesting flavors and textures. Cassie’s Canning Cabinet makes everything in small batches from our home in Maine. To achieve optimal flavor, all products are made with the freshest produce available.

We want to give our customers crisp, crunchy and delicious pickled vegetables and fruits. Most of all, we want to share with everyone a variety of delicious pickled items!

I’m Cassie Perrault! I was born and raised in the state of Maine. I am the mother of three boys and have dreamt on owning my own business since my oldest (13) was young. I love the freedom of making pickles and being a fulltime mom. My pickle story starts years ago when I began canning and preserving in my home as a way to provide for my family and pass the time while my children were in school. It started with Dill Pickles and has grown into a legacy of canning that honors my Maine roots, with Grammy’s Piccalilli and Hot Garlic Pickles. For many years I have been canning daily between bus stops, soccer games and family dinners and I can’t imagine life any other way!
